We all want to know what celebrities do to get back into shape after having a baby.
I am in a very good shape (I believe) but I still cannot get back into my pre-baby shape and it has already been 3 years since I had my second child.
I see pictures of celebrities body shapes after having a baby and I still cannot believe that happens just by doing exercise and having a healthy diet.
My husband says that depends on your life style and although I do look after my body it is not that I exercise for hours everyday.
Probably these girls do that since they do get paid for their body shapes.

- I wish she had shown her real body. A non-retouched pictures would be more inspiring for real women.
- I don’t think just by going for a run you can get back into that shape in such a short period of time. I just found her actual running workout and you can read it here.
- She is right when she talks about commitment. Committing is essential for loosing weight and achieving your goals.
Probably what Glee Star Heather Morris said at the Women’s Health Mag is a better tip to have a good shape:
‘Do whatever you like to do, eat how you want to eat, but just make sure you stay [active],’ she advises. ‘
